Logos and media guidelines

Customize your platform branding directly from Super Admin → Settings → Brand. This guide outlines recommended dimensions, asset formats, and documentation media specifications.

Platform branding specifications

Upload your custom logos from Super Admin → Settings → Brand. Changes take effect immediately across all platform panels, login screens, and the public landing page. See Customization.

Shipped default assets are located in public/brand/. Whenever you upload a new logo via Super Admin Settings, it is securely stored in storage/app/public/brand/ without touching core application files.

If you wish to provide customized or white-labeled documentation to your own staff and tenant companies, replace the screenshots in documentation/assets/screens/ using the identical file names listed below (recommended resolution: 1440×900 px):

Hosting documentation for your tenants

You can read this documentation offline directly by opening documentation/index.html in any web browser. To provide online self-service documentation for your company tenants and staff:

Upload the contents of the documentation/ folder to a subdomain such as docs.yourdomain.com or a path such as yourdomain.com/docs/.
Set up standard HTTPS on your web server. No database or PHP configuration is needed for the documentation files—they are static, fast HTML5 and CSS.
