Super Admin → Settings → PayPal / Stripe is for plan checkout (the company pays you). Company → Settings → PayPal / Stripe collect invoice payments into that company’s own account. Keys are not shared. Full walkthrough: PayPal & Stripe.

Who uses Desk

Super Admin — created in the installer. Manages companies, plans, the landing page, addons, and platform settings. After login: /superadmin.
Company Admin — created at registration or when Super Admin adds a company. Runs that company’s desk. After login: /dashboard.
Company staff — invited by Company Admin with a role (Manager, Staff, Cashier, or a custom role). Permissions stay inside that company.

How to use this help

This folder is the complete product manual. Open documentation/index.html in any web browser to read offline, or host it on your own server or subdomain (for example docs.yourdomain.com) for your staff and tenants. Media specifications: Logos & media guide.
